[We are really sorry for the delay of the arrival for FT Island's album, as we are informed that in the batch of orders there was a pre-order item, hence the delivery of the albums are delayed. 

Really sorry that we had keep u guys waiting for a month. 

We had removed the pre-order item from supplier already and rushed them to mail the parcel out to us via express shipment since Mon. 

We had spam them with emails everyday for updates and currently we are still waiting for their  confirmation 

We will update once again once when they get back to us, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenient cause.]
